Our Verdict: Editor's Pick for Oral Probiotics
You Brush, You Floss, You Rinse… So Why Doesn't Your Mouth Feel Right?
Maybe it’s the breath you worry about in close conversations. Gums that feel tender when you brush. A smile that doesn’t look as bright as it used to, no matter how much you spend on toothpaste.
Most of us were taught one thing: kill the germs. So we scrub harder and swish strong mouthwash twice a day.
But researchers have been paying closer attention to something those products ignore…
Your Mouth Needs Good Bacteria, Too
Your mouth is home to hundreds of types of bacteria. Some cause trouble. Many others are helpful: they keep the bad ones in check and help maintain a healthy balance. Scientists call this community the oral microbiome.
Harsh rinses don’t pick sides. They can wipe out the helpful bacteria along with the harmful ones, leaving your mouth out of balance.
So instead of only killing bacteria, what if you also put the good ones back? That’s the simple idea behind ProDentim.
What Is ProDentim?
ProDentim is a chewable probiotic made specifically for your mouth. Each soft, minty tablet delivers 3.5 billion friendly bacteria plus supporting nutrients, released right where they’re needed as you chew.
